Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Our school event may include:

open classrooms and school tours
Harmony Week and Book Week events
excursions and incursions
performances, concerts or school productions
fundraising, charity and community events
award assemblies
graduation and other celebrations.

School Assemblies

Our whole school assemblies are held every second Friday in even weeks – Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 each term.

Families are warmly invited to join us as we celebrate student achievements, enjoy class presentations, and share important school news.

Upcoming Events

White Cross Dental

Date: 22nd June - 26th June 2026

Time: All day

White Cross Mobile Dental Care will be visiting Franklin in Week 10. All students are eligible for a free routine dental check-up, which includes a comprehensive examination of teeth and gums, a scale and clean, polish, and a fluoride treatment.

R U OK? Day

Date: September 2026

Time: All Day

Students and staff come together to recognise R U OK? Day and the importance of checking in on one another. Through activities and conversations, students were encouraged to show kindness, support their friends and help create a caring school community. 💛

P&C Upcoming Meetings

Date: 9th June 2026

Time: 5:15pm

Our P&C meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the school staffroom. All parents and carers are warmly welcome to attend and get involved in supporting our school community.
